Porsche Design Tower Miami: Car Elevator, Amenities, Photos

More than 69,000 luxury-branded units are expected to  come to market by 2023, with an average 31 percent premium over nonbranded apartments, according to Savills Plc, a London property consulting company. At the almost two-year-old, 60-story Porsche Design Tower near Miami, the biggest hat trick is a car elevator that can take that 911 directly into your apartment’s in-unit garage, separated from the living space by a glass wall. A five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath condo closed for $6.7 million in December.
